JemmaTash is a small Melbourne based business, making every single one of the pieces from scratch. Because of this:

• The jewellery you receive can/will slightly differ from the product photos.
• Production time is 2-4 weeks before pieces are dispatched.
• At this time, I do not offer resizing on any rings so please make sure you choose your size carefully.

I do not accept returns for change of mind, wear and tear, failure to care for your piece or incorrect sizing.

If you believe there is a fault in the manufacturing or damage during transit I will accept the piece back (up to 7 days after delivery) to either fix the damage or make a new piece. Depending on what is at fault, this may take up to 2 months.

if I inspect the piece and deem that the item is not faulty or not in its original condition upon return, I reserve the rights to not provide a refund for any item.

Any returns, shipping and handling is at the customers cost. All returns must be in their original condition.
